How to set up business cards in office365 mailbox
The Office365 mailbox sets the business card through the signature button.

Open the office365 mailbox, click File, select Options to open the outlook options window, select an email, click the signature button on the right, create a new email, and fill in your name. When sending an email, a business card will be added at the end of the email.
