What to do if the signature cannot be confirmed after applying for statistics on the VAT Invoice Comprehensive Service Platform?

Answer: When taxpayers are operating declaration business, there are two points for "application for statistics" and "confirmation of signature". The following operations will be performed:

(1) If the taxpayer has not applied for statistics within the period, he/she needs to apply for statistics within the reporting period, and then perform a confirmation signature after completion.

(2) Taxpayers who have "applied for statistics" within the corresponding period and want to re-check must first "cancel statistics" during the reporting period, and then re-check the already-checked items. Check the data to "Apply for Statistics", and the system will automatically lock the deduction check operation for the current period. Only after completion can you proceed to "Confirm Signature".

(3) Confirmation of signature can only appear and operate during the declaration period.

(4) If the taxpayer does not check the invoice in the current period or does not need to check the invoice, it is also necessary to perform the "application statistics" and "confirm signature" operations when handling the declaration.
