The activex control can be enabled in Internet Options.

1. Open Internet Explorer, click the settings icon in the upper right corner of the window, and click the "Internet Options" button in the expanded menu:

2. Click the "Security" button on the top navigation bar in the opened window:

3. Click the "Custom Level..." button below in the security interface to open it Custom level setting interface:

4. In customization In the level setting interface, select "Enable" for "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins", and then click the "OK" button. At this time, the ActiveX space is opened:
