The organization has a large number of professional teachers, and specially hired Mr. Liao as the chief tutor. Mr. Liao is a member of China Calligraphers Association, Guangdong Calligraphers Association, director of Zhongshan Calligraphers Association and a graduate student of Professor Li from Peking University.

From an aesthetic point of view, although the line expression and artistic appeal of pen characters are not as rich as brush calligraphy, they are far better than other hard pens such as pencils and ballpoint pens, because the nib is elastic and the strokes written are the same thickness.
