2. Notes
1. In the column of "Dispatching Department" on the home page, the name of the organization should be filled in, not the name of the unit where it belongs.
2. columns such as current name, previous name, date of birth, working time, educational background, time of joining the Communist Youth League, degree, professional and technical title, work unit and position shall be truthfully filled in according to the contents determined by the organization and personnel department.
3. The column of "Resume" should be filled in from the previous experience, and it should be clearly filled in according to each time period of each unit until the time of filling out the form.
4. in the column of "other members" in "main family members", the immediate family members within three generations should be filled in.
5. As an appraisal of a comrade by the organization's personnel department, the person in this column can use the third person such as "this comrade", "this person" and "he", but not the first person such as "myself" and "me".
6. the leading cadres at or above the deputy division level shall first fill in the examination opinions in the column of "examination opinions of their units" and then fill in the examination opinions in the column of "examination opinions of competent departments" and sign and seal them, and then send them to the organization department of the local county party Committee for approval together with other materials.
7. County-administered cadres and other people who go abroad (abroad) on business shall first fill in the examination opinions in the column of "Examination opinions of their units" by their units and sign and seal them.
