(1) At least two traffic policemen shall take the client to a medical institution or a qualified inspection and appraisal institution or the above-mentioned institutions to send personnel to draw blood, and supervise the whole process of blood drawing.
(2) Blood sampling shall be carried out by professionals as required, and the traffic police shall inform the blood sampling personnel to take two blood samples, and alcohol drugs shall not be used for skin disinfection. Blood samples should be packed in clean and dry containers with anticoagulant added, and the name and time of blood drawing should be indicated. They should be sealed in paper bags, one for filing and one for inspection. The sealed bag shall be marked with the name of the person to be extracted, the time of extraction and the purpose of blood sample, and shall be signed by the person to be extracted, and signed or sealed by the traffic police and blood collection personnel. If the person who has been drawn blood or the person who has been drawn blood refuses to sign or seal, the traffic police shall indicate it.
(3) Fill in the Registration Form for Taking Blood Samples by Parties, indicating the reason, time and place of taking blood and the name of the person being taken, which shall be signed or sealed by the traffic police.
(four) blood samples should be submitted in time, and if they cannot be submitted in time, they should be kept at low temperature.
Legal basis: Article 36 of the Procedures for Handling Illegal Acts of Road Traffic Safety shall be conducted in accordance with the following procedures when testing the alcohol content of motor vehicle drivers:
(1) Two traffic policemen or a police assistant led by a traffic policeman will take the driver of the vehicle to a medical institution to take blood samples, or qualified personnel such as forensic doctors will take blood samples on the spot;
(two) the traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall send the blood sample to a qualified unit or institution for inspection within five days after taking the blood sample, and notify the vehicle driver in writing within five days after receiving the inspection result. If the alcohol content in the driver's body is detected, the family members shall be notified unless it cannot be notified. Motor vehicle drivers who have objections to the inspection results may apply for reinspection within three days from the date of receiving the inspection results.
