Two new requirements for Britain's return to China
Recently, the global COVID-19 epidemic has fluctuated and rebounded. Since British immigrants entered China, the number of confirmed cases has increased. In order to further improve the prevention and control of epidemic situation and ensure the health and safety of relevant personnel, according to the latest domestic prevention and control regulations, from September 2, 20021,the system of increasing nucleic acid detection and self-health monitoring was implemented for people departing from Britain for China seven days before boarding. The specific requirements are as follows:
1. Personnel coming to China from the UK should go to the local regular testing institution for nucleic acid testing (hereinafter referred to as "the first test") on the 7th natural day before the flight departing from the UK. For example, if the flight departing from Britain takes off on Friday (based on the date in the travel itinerary), passengers should have their first inspection at the local regular inspection agency on Friday of the previous week. If the result is positive, please report the health code according to the process of employees with infection history after rehabilitation. If the result is negative, please keep the test report properly and upload it together with other materials when applying for the health code.
Two. Please download and print the self-health monitoring form at the end of this notice in advance (if there is no printing equipment, you can also draw it yourself with white paper, and conduct health monitoring for 7 consecutive days, and fill in the form truthfully until the date of applying for health code. Please sign your name in the space below the completed self-health monitoring form and indicate the date of signature. When applying for a health code, you should take photos and upload them with other materials.
3. Previously, people who went to China from the UK should go to the testing institution designated by the embassy or consulate for nucleic acid and antibody testing on the day of departure or two natural days before departure from the UK (hereinafter referred to as "double inspection").
Four, the initial test and retest should be conducted in different institutions.
5. Those who leave the UK on September 9th should take the first test on September 2nd, those who leave the UK on or after September 10, and so on. If the departure date of the flight from the UK is on or before September 8th, it is only necessary to carry out continuous health monitoring, fill in the self-health monitoring form and review it, and there is no need for initial inspection.
