Steps:

5. Deal with your mixture and mix all kinds of tobacco into a harmonious mixture. Put the tobacco in a casserole or oven and heat it slightly with the lowest fire. Wrap the tobacco with wax paper and squeeze it with a pneumatic press. If there is no pneumatic press, you can squeeze tobacco between two pieces of wood and fix the wood with a C-clamp.
