1. Users submit their own license information.

2. Register your account with your mobile phone number, log in to the APP, select a card on the over-standard car, take photos, and upload your ID card for real-name authentication.

3. Return to the home page of the APP, click on the vehicle license plate that exceeds the standard, add the vehicle, take photos and upload the vehicle factory certificate and purchase invoice, fill in the vehicle information, and hand-write the electronic signature.

4. Users can go to the registration office and show the business information QR code to the staff for review.
