In any of the following circumstances, it is allowed to borrow: school-age children of foreigners; Students whose parents have worked abroad for a long time and need to be taken care of by their relatives; Students whose parents are in geological exploration, frontier defense forces or engaged in mobile work and need to be taken care of by relatives.

Note:
The legal guardian of a student who requests to borrow a school should submit a written application to the borrowing school with relevant valid certificates and the school certificate of his/her child's school status, and the borrowing school will be approved by the borrowing school and approved by the education administrative department. Borrowing students will submit a copy of the audit certificate of the borrowing school to the school where they are enrolled for future reference.
