Legal analysis: Members, members' representatives, directors and supervisors attending the meeting must sign the minutes of the meeting of farmers' professional cooperatives. The members' congress, members' congress, board of directors and board of supervisors of farmers' professional cooperatives shall make minutes of the decisions on the matters discussed, and the members, members' representatives, directors and supervisors present at the meeting shall sign the minutes.
