I. Conditions of transfer
1. Public schools
(1) Transfer students in grades with an average class size of less than 45 in primary schools and less than 50 in junior high schools shall be implemented according to the implementation plan for freshmen's enrollment in this school year.
(2) Students with an average class size of 45 or more in primary schools and 50 or more in junior high schools must meet one of the following conditions:
① Household registration in service area. Student registration certificates such as household registration book and student registration form must be provided;
② Actual place of residence. Property ownership certificate (immovable property certificate), household registration book and student registration form must be provided. Non-county household registration must provide service area residence permit;
③ job transfer. Need to provide the work transfer certificate, household registration book and student registration form issued by the county personnel department;
(4) Martyrs, overseas Chinese, active servicemen, personnel of the national comprehensive fire rescue team, national model workers and children of ethnic minorities. Relevant certificates and student registration forms must be provided.
2. Private schools
Grades with an average class size of no more than 45 students in primary schools and no more than 50 students in junior high schools may accept transfer students, otherwise they may not accept transfer students for any reason.
Second, standardize the handover procedures and time.
1. The legal guardian of the student submits a written transfer application to the transfer school to receive the student status file.
2. The legal guardian of the student submits a written transfer application to the transfer school and issues the original transfer certificate. After the school has passed the examination, it will submit the transfer application through the school registration management system of primary and secondary schools in Anhui Province.
3. Before the start of the new semester 1 month, the administrator or education supervisor of transfer students should bring the original transfer certificate and the Registration Form for the Review Process of Transfer Students (signed by the manager, reviewer and approver, stamped with the official seal of the school, in duplicate) to the Basic Education Department of the Education and Sports Bureau for review and approval.
Third, standardize the transfer process.
1. School internal audit process: the transfer-in and transfer-out schools audit the transfer-in. After the initial registration, the school administrator will submit the transfer materials to the dean for examination and signature, and submit them to the school principal for examination and approval, sign and affix the official seal of the school, and fill in the Registration Form for the Examination and Approval Process of Transfer Students (see annex).
2. The examination and approval process of the county education and sports bureau: the transfer materials submitted by the school are reviewed by the student registration administrator of the county education and sports bureau, and then reported to the person in charge of the student registration department to sign the examination opinions, and reported to the leaders in charge of the county education and sports bureau for examination and approval.
Four, langxi Economic Development Zone Central Primary School according to the urban compulsory education school transfer conditions.
Five, the previous transfer conditions and requirements are inconsistent with this notice, this notice shall prevail.
