3. 5. Communicate closely with the tenderee and various user departments, re-create the plane and three-dimensional scene layout (CAD drawing) of furniture according to the winning products and field measurement, and provide customers with the most complete layout scheme;

Before signing the contract, the company will inform the factory to contact the material supplier, inform the possible supply quantity, contact the relevant information of conventional materials and the production date of the material supplier, so as to avoid being in a hurry because of the hasty time of receiving orders, make preparations in advance and make reasonable arrangements.

7. After the contract is signed, notify the material supplier as soon as possible, and deliver the previously agreed products to the factory quickly. After the branch order details are sent to the factory, the factory will arrange production reasonably according to the specific situation.

8. Before starting production, we should first consider which products are limited by time, weather and objective factors. For example, paint products such as large shift tables and filing cabinets should be cut immediately to prevent the moisture content from rising and ensure the wood is dry. When preparing paint, weather conditions should also be considered. After the start of production, the temporary production team of the factory meets every day to report the production situation and progress of each workshop. If there is any problem, the temporary production team will be informed first, and the temporary production team will contact the business department to ensure that the temporary production team will keep in touch with your company regularly, so that your company can know our production situation and let everyone know fairly well.

9. In the production of each working procedure, process inspection control procedures should be implemented to ensure that the processing quality of each working procedure meets the requirements.
