1. First of all, the doctor's advice requires writing in blue pen, which must be accurate and formal. If there is any mistake, it is not allowed to be altered at will. You can write "invalid" or "DC" on the original doctor's order with a red pen, and the doctor will sign the full name. The writing method of medical orders and the execution time of treatment are 24 hours, 7: 00 am, afternoon 19: 00, and midnight 12. For example, the date of the next day should be 0: 05 of 12: 05. The number of times the doctor's orders and treatments are executed can be expressed in Latin abbreviations or Chinese characters, written as Tid or 3/d three times a day, and q4h every four hours. Various injection methods can be abbreviated as: subcutaneous injection is H or (subcutaneous), intradermal injection is ID or (intradermal), intramuscular injection is im, IM or (intramuscular injection), intravenous injection is written as IV or (intravenous injection), and intravenous infusion is also written as V D. Write clearly the concentration and dosage of drugs, and do not write branches or tablets, except for drugs without dosage. If the drug skin test is negative, write (-) and (+) symbols in blue pen, "()" in blue pen and "+"in red pen.
2. Secondly, there are standing orders, temporary orders and standby orders. Long-term doctor's advice: if it is valid for more than 24 hours, it will remain valid unless the doctor's advice is stopped. If you change your major, undergo surgery, leave the hospital or die, your doctor's advice will automatically stop. Temporary doctor's advice is valid within 24 hours, but it must be executed in a short time, and some must be executed immediately, usually only once. Standby doctor's advice: If necessary, long-term standby doctor's advice should be used, but the dosage, usage and interval (or available times per day) should be indicated. After each execution, it must be recorded in the temporary processing column, and the last execution time should be known before re-execution. If the interval time is not reached, it cannot be used again. Use temporary standby medical advice (SOS) when necessary, and only use it within 12 hours.
