China Science and Technology Museum is the only national comprehensive science and technology museum in China. It is located at No.5 Beichen East Road, Chaoyang District. To its east is the residential area of the Asian Games Village. The water supply system of the Olympic Village is in its west. The main stadium of the 2008 Olympic Games is just south of it. To its north is the Forest Park. Covering an area of 48,000 square meters, the building scale reaches102,000 square meters. It is an important part of the central area of the Olympic Park and embodies the three concepts of "green Olympics, high-tech Olympics and people's Olympics".
