3 Practical Letters of Commitment for Information Visits
In the new era of rapid change and constant change, there are more and more occasions when it is necessary to use letters of commitment, and the letter of commitment must be signed by the offeree. Once made, only the offeree can obtain the right to accept, and a third party other than the offeree does not have the right to accept. Do you know how to write a good commitment letter? The following are 3 articles of commitment letters for interest visits that I have collected and organized. Welcome to read and collect them.
Letter of Commitment to Visit Part 1
I reported this matter on day, month and year. After careful investigation and study, and the case was closed in accordance with relevant regulations, I agreed to close the case and make a commitment not to use this as an excuse to file any further complaints to party committees, governments, petitions and other relevant departments at all levels through letters, the Internet, phone calls, and interviews. Wait for the formalities before petitioning.

Party A and Party B: Regarding the labor arbitration dispute, a mediation agreement was signed on August 16, 20xx. Article 5 of the agreement stipulates: "Party B voluntarily terminates the labor relationship, promises not to make any further demands to Party A, and voluntarily gives up all other economic compensation for work-related injuries." In the spring of 20xx, Party B petitioned several times to demand further compensation on the grounds that the original agreement was an overlord agreement and the matter had not been resolved. After negotiation between Party A and Party B, the settlement agreement is reached as follows:
1. Legal channels (courts) are the only solution to Party B’s demands.
2. Since Party B has no living funds and litigation funds, Party A temporarily lends Party B one thousand yuan as Party B to sue Party A through the court to solve the litigation expenses and temporary living expenses required by Party B.
3. After the court judgment or mediation is passed, Party A and Party B shall strictly implement the court judgment or mediation results. Party B shall not petition or make a visit for any reason.
4. If Party B misappropriates the 1,000 yuan lent by Party A for other purposes and does not file a lawsuit in court, Party B will be deemed to have given up its original request.
5. After receiving the loan, Party B will give up petitions and visits, voluntarily cease petitions and complaints, and will never again petition or visit for this matter.
6. This agreement is made in triplicate, with Party A and Party B and the supervisory party each holding one copy.
7. This agreement shall take effect from the date of signing.

My problem, after mediation, I am willing to accept the settlement of the compensation fee of 10,040 yuan. I couldn't agree more. I promise that after receiving the 10,000 yuan subsidy, I will no longer make any form of petition on this issue, and will consciously maintain the order of petitions. If the promise is made illegally, the compensation will be fully refunded and corresponding responsibilities will be borne.

Relevant units have provided policy explanations and ideological education guidance, and have properly resolved the special issues that occurred when I petitioned for personal issues. For difficult petitioning issues, we specifically promise not to petition on this issue again in the future. This Agreement is made in six copies.
