The materials required for the cancellation of a farmer cooperative are:

1. The "Application for Cancellation of the Farmer Cooperative" signed by the person in charge of the liquidation team or the legal representative.

2. The resolution of dissolution made by the farmers’ professional cooperative members’ assembly or the members’ representative assembly in accordance with the law, or the documents stating that the farmer’s professional cooperative’s business license has been revoked or revoked in accordance with the law, or the people’s court’s bankruptcy ruling or dissolution judgment document.

3. The liquidation report confirmed by the members’ meeting or members’ representative meeting, or the liquidation report confirmed by the people’s court.

4. Explanation of debt settlement or debt guarantee made by the members’ meeting or members’ representative meeting.

5. "Farmers' Professional Cooperative Legal Person Business License" (original and duplicate).

6. The newspaper in which the liquidation team published the announcement or its copy (not submitted if the company is exempted from the obligation to announce according to law).

8. Documents and lists generated by members and persons in charge of the liquidation organization.

9. Notification of cancellation of branches of farmers' professional cooperatives (must be submitted if there are branches).
