1. When applying for copyright, the software will only undergo a formal review without checking for duplication. If the format meets the requirements, it will be approved.

2. For software copyright, apply at the Software Registration Department of China Copyright Protection Center. You can handle it yourself or entrust an agency to handle it.

The required procedures and documents are:

< p>1. Apply to the Software Registration Department of China Copyright Protection Center (fill in the application form online, print it, stamp it or sign it).

2. To apply, you need to provide an application form, software ownership certificate, software source code, software description (software manual), applicant’s identity certificate, and if you entrust an agent to apply, provide an agency entrustment agreement and agent. Proof of identity, including the source code (the first thirty pages and the last thirty pages, 50 lines per page, no blank lines, please note the name of the applicant and the full name of the software in the header, if it is less than sixty pages, provide all sources code).

3. The review time is 1 to 3 months after submission.
