1. Complete and signed application form in duplicate, and attach 2 recent standard passport photos (front without crown, light background, size 47 mm × 36 mm), for applicants under 18 For children under 10 years of age, the application form must be signed by their legal guardian (for spouses) or (for children), both husband and wife must complete UVI102 and sign.

2. A valid passport and a copy of the personal identity page of the passport.

3. Notarized marriage certificate or 1 Finnish marriage certificate (applicable to spouses).

4. For children, a notarized certificate of kinship between the child and parents and a notarized certificate of custody.

5. An invitation letter from the inviter hoping that the invitee will go to Finland.

6. 2 copies of the personal identity page of the inviter’s passport (non-Finnish citizens must submit a long-term residence permit).
