One autumn evening, Wang Zhihuan boarded the mirage. When he was downstairs, it was still the early Tang Dynasty. He has just bid farewell to the Four Masters of the Early Tang Dynasty and Chen Ziang. Upstairs, it was in the prosperous Tang Dynasty that Zhang Jiuling, Wang Changling, Wang Wei, Meng Haoran, Li Bai, Du Fu, Gao Shi, Cen Can and Zhang Ji gathered together.
The stork tower is located in Yongji, Shanxi, not far from Pujiu Temple, where The Romance of the West Chamber took place. These two famous places of interest are related to poets in the Tang Dynasty. The Story of the West Chamber is adapted from Yuan Zhen's Story Club, and Zhang Sheng's prototype is probably Yuan Zhen himself. Yongji is close to Tongguan with convenient transportation, and poets often write poems in the mirage.
The Wang family in Taiyuan is a famous family since Wei and Jin Dynasties, but the Wang Zhihuan family has long since declined. Wang Zhihuan, Wang Changling and Gao Shi are good friends. The three of them have one thing in common, that is, when they were young, they idled around, neither studying for Jinshi nor thinking of becoming poets. One day, I didn't know whether I had an appointment with the other party or whether I was stimulated by a new scholar like Yu. Suddenly picked up a pen and began to write poetry, which soon became famous.
During the Kaiyuan period, the three of them were famous all over the world. They often traveled together and never got drunk. It was snowing lightly and freezing, so the three of them went to the flag pavilion to drink and keep warm as usual, where they were allowed to pay for the drinks in arrears. A group of children from Liyuan then walked into the flag pavilion. Seeing that there were many people in each other, the three men gave them the square table and moved to a small table in the corner to keep warm and look on coldly. After a while, several young geisha arrived one after another. Probably because they were in a good mood after drinking some wine, these children in the pear garden began to dance.
Wang Changling said, "We are all famous poets. Usually, no one refuses to accept anyone. Today is an opportunity to compete. "
Wang Zhihuan asked, "Do you want to write a poem? I will stay with you. Whoever loses pays for the drinks. "
Of the three, Gao Shi is the youngest and the poorest. He seldom pays for eating out. Today, if he wins with wisdom, he can repay part of the kindness of the two kings, so he also readily agreed to participate.
Gao Shi asked Wang Changling, "How do you compare?"
"There is no need to compare, they will help us tell the difference." Wang Changling pointed to a geisha and said, "Our poems have been adapted into pop songs, and we will definitely sing them in the future. We just need to count. Whoever sings their poems the most laughs last. "
Both Wang Zhihuan and Gao Shi think it's a good idea.
A geisha really began to sing "It's cold and rainy, Wu came at night, I saw Fujian for no reason, and I was lonely ..." This is Wang Changling's "Parting Xin Jian at Furong Inn". He proudly put down a chopstick.
After a while, another geisha sang, "I cried and stained my clothes." I read your book the day before yesterday. " Why is it lonely at night? It is still a cloud house ... "This is Gao Shi's cry to single father Liang, so Gao Shi also put down a chopstick.
The third geisha sang "The Golden Temple opens the broom, temporarily wandering around the fan ..." This is Wang Changling's masterpiece "Poems of Long Faith in Autumn".
Wang Zhihuan a face of worry. He said, "These geisha don't know poetry at all and can't appreciate my Chun Xue."
Wang Changling saw that he wanted to cheat, of course not. Gao Shi, who won easily once, refused. Wang Zhihuan was helpless and pointed to the most beautiful geisha and said, "How about this? Our winning or losing will depend on this beautiful woman's singing. If she still doesn't sing my poem, then I'll throw myself at you and be my brother willingly from now on. But if she sings my poems, you have to worship me as a teacher. "
Wang Changling and Gao Shi reluctantly agreed. After a while, the beautiful woman with a comb cleared her throat and began to sing.
Wang Zhihuan was always on tenterhooks until she sang "The Yellow River is far above the white clouds, Gu City, Wan Ren ..."
Wang Zhihuan laughed and danced proudly.
"What's the matter? Did you take it? Why not call Master? "
When the children in the Liyuan saw that the three people had been pointing and talking, they came over and asked why. Gao Shi tells the truth. The children in the Liyuan have heard a lot about your name, so they immediately asked three poets to sit down, paid for the drinks and asked them to sign. The only picture they remember before they passed out is the amorous eyes of several geisha.
Poetry cannot be used to support the family.
At that time, writing poetry existed in name only, and it was impossible to support the family. Three good friends had to break up because of their livelihood. Wang Zhihuan came to Hengshui County, Jizhou to be the master book. In Hengshui, he once again tasted the sweetness of being a poet. The youngest daughter of Li Di, the magistrate of Hengshui County, admired Wang Zhihuan's talent and told her parents that she would not marry unless Wang Zhihuan married. At this time, Wang Zhihuan already has a wife and children, and Miss Li can only be a concubine when she marries him. Of course, her parents don't want to. Miss Li had to sacrifice the trick that the little girl used to deal with her parents since ancient times, crying and hanging herself. Li Di couldn't beat her daughter and finally agreed to the marriage.
Probably because of the occasional embezzlement of public funds to invite friends to drink, Wang Zhihuan was complained that his father-in-law was inconvenient to protect him. In a rage, Wang Zhihuan left with Miss Li, wandering for fifteen years. Later, due to the pressure of life, she began to write a resume. Officials of the official department taught their children and grandchildren to recite Wang Zhihuan's "Lodge of Herons" at home, and they loved him very much. At this moment, Wen 'an county commandant left office, and Wang Zhihuan's grandfather made Wen 'an county magistrate, so Wang Zhihuan was sent to Wen 'an. Because he was an official in Hebei several times, Biography of the Tang Dynasty mistakenly thought that he was a thistle master.
Wen 'an lies between Beijing and Tianjin. At that time, it was close to the border and had a strong folk customs. When Wang Zhihuan was an official in Wen 'an, Gao Shi came to visit him, and they swam together through the Jade Gate as far away as Shanhaiguan today. Gao Shi wrote a song "Yingzhou Song" to describe the local customs: "Yingzhou teenagers hate vilen and hunt foxes at the gates. Drinking a thousand points is not intoxicating, and Hu can ride a horse at the age of twenty. "
The local bandits in Wen 'an heard that Wang Zhihuan was a scholar in his fifties and didn't take him seriously. Wang Zhihuan secretly discovered the bandits, and then caught them all. Most of these bandits are children of local strongmen, and Wang Zhihuan gave them two choices: to go to prison or to be a soldier. Although local strongmen bear a grudge against Wang Zhihuan, they beat gongs and drums to send their children to join the army. The garrison generals were worried about the shortage of men, so he was moved by Wang Zhihuan's support for the army. Knowing that he is a famous poet, I am even more proud to associate with him. The extortionate wanted to get back at Wang Zhihuan, but he didn't dare to make a move.
Wen 'an was civilized and safe from then on, and the people were very satisfied with him, and his boss also praised and recommended him. Wang Zhihuan worked harder, so he broke down from constant overwork and finally died at the age of 55. The garrison general sent troops to escort his body and his family home. Wang Changling and Gao Shi were buried in Beimang, Luoyang. Born in Luoyang and buried in Beimang was the ideal life of the upper class at that time.
Fortunately, Wang Zhihuan is one of the few poets who left an epitaph. His epitaph was discovered in the 1930s, and the author Jin Neng called Wang Zhihuan "a family with filial piety, a friend with benevolence and generosity, which makes him attractive". But for some reason, only six works of this famous poet have survived to this day. Wang Lu Lou has always been the weather vane of the prosperous Tang Dynasty, but his Liangzhou Ci has gone up a storey still higher. Only ordinary people admire it in Lusu, and Liangzhou Ci is enough to make poets bow to their knees.
The Yellow River is getting farther and farther away, because it flows in the middle of the Yellow River, and Yumenguan is located on a lonely mountain.
Why use the elegy of willow to complain about the delay of spring, old Yumenguan, a spring breeze is not blowing!
This poem expresses the anti-war tendency through the desolate scene outside Yumenguan, but it is implicit and sad without hurting people. Zhang Taiyan is known as "the most quatrains", but more people think that this poem is not "chinese odyssey" in the prosperous Tang Dynasty, at least Wang Changling's Chop can be equally divided with it.
It is still the moon and border pass in Qin and Han dynasties, and the enemy has fought a protracted war.
But make Longcheng fly, and don't teach Huma to cross the Yinshan Mountain.
Later generations are interested in reading their poems.
The most interesting thing is that these two poems are often confused, because they both belong to frontier fortress poems and are based on the same rhyme. When many children recite Liangzhou Ci, they jump directly from "The Yellow River is far above the white clouds, and an isolated city is Wan Ren Mountain" to "Only make Longcheng fly, and don't teach Huma to cross the Yinshan Mountain", or conversely, from "The moon was closed in Qin Dynasty, but the Long March did not return in Han Dynasty", they simply take "Why is it that the strong flute resents the willow, and the spring breeze is not enough to cross Yumen Pass".
The story of Liangzhou Ci has a sequel. It is said that at the end of the Qing Dynasty, Empress Dowager Cixi, who liked Liangzhou Ci, asked a minister with good calligraphy to write Liangzhou Ci on a sandalwood fan. The minister did not dare to neglect, and went back to practice again and again and began to write. Who knows that he was so nervous that he wrote less "between". He called his wife and children together, explained the aftermath in advance, and told his son that it was too dangerous to study and be an official. He will farm in his hometown in the future, and he will not take the civil service exam if he is killed.
My wife and children are crying. The minister sighed and crustily skin of head entered the palace.
Empress Dowager Cixi looked at it with a fan, and her face was really long. "Why did you write a word less?"
The minister had a brainwave to defend himself.
"Galeries Lafayette, I didn't miss a word, just made some adjustments to bring forth the new." After he punctuated Wang Zhihuan's poem again, it became the following word:
The Yellow River is far away, with white clouds around it, and Wan Ren Mountain is an isolated city. Why are you complaining about Johnny? Willow spring breeze, not Yumen Pass.
After reading it several times, Cixi felt that it barely made sense and let the minister go.
