Nanjing’s 2023 social security base declaration has begun. The 2023 Nanjing social insurance payment base will be declared on January 11, 2023.

Social Security Base Declaration Process:

1. Wait for notification from the Social Security Bureau. 4. Notify the employees of the unit to sign. After the new base is calculated, print out the copied form and inform the user about adjusting the base according to the personnel list above. If it is convenient, employees can confirm the signature by themselves. If it is not convenient, ask the user for their opinions so that they can sign on their behalf;

5. Prepare a personnel change form. If there are personnel additions or subtractions from the change list that month, remember to prepare and stamp the personnel change form in advance. Use it as a backup when filing;

6. Declare the new base number of the Social Security Bureau. Next, you can stamp the employee confirmation signature form and commitment letter, and bring the electronic version with you for declaration. Legal basis: Article 4 of the "Regulations on the Administration of Declaration and Payment of Social Insurance Premiums"

The employer shall go to the local social insurance agency to handle payment declarations and declarations within the prescribed time limit on a monthly basis. Matters include:
