There are three basic parties to a bill of exchange:
The drawer, the payee, and the payee.
The drawer refers to the person who issues the bill and delivers the bill;
The payer refers to the person who is entrusted by the drawer to pay the money after the bill matures. ;
The payee refers to the person who accepts the bill from the drawer and has the right to request payment from the payee.
The above related parties are the basic parties to the bill of exchange. If the bill of exchange does not have the above three parties, the bill of exchange cannot be established.
The drawer and the payee are the debtors of the instrument.
The payee is the creditor.

Article 22 of the "Negotiable Instruments Law of the People's Republic of China"
The bill of exchange must record the following matters:
(1) The words indicating "bill of exchange";
(2) The entrustment of unconditional payment;
(3) The determined amount;
( 4) Name of the payee;
(5) Name of the payee;
(6) Date of issue;
(7) Signature and seal of the drawer .
