It is an indisputable fact that the development of teachers in our school is unbalanced, the age structure of teachers is aging and the teaching and research atmosphere is not very deep. We believe that only by carrying out regular school-based teaching and research activities in a down-to-earth manner and improving the overall level of the discipline can we provide impetus for the improvement of teaching quality and thus promote the sustainable development of the school. This semester, the Academic Affairs Office has always insisted on regular teaching and research as a breakthrough. With various teaching and research activities as the carrier, education guides teachers to consciously update their educational concepts, reform classroom teaching methods, reform students' learning methods, and strive to explore research-based learning, which has achieved remarkable results.

In order to further change teachers' educational concept and raise all teachers' educational concept to a new level, this semester we adopted the method of combining collective and self-study to make the advanced educational concept firmly rooted in every teacher's heart, so as to guide their teaching practice more pertinently and improve teachers' professional knowledge faster and better.

First, every teacher is equipped with a tutorial book, and there is also a tutorial book "The Central Committee's Decision on Comprehensively Promoting the Rule of Law". Middle-level cadres have a book "Letter to Garcia", which is widely studied by using business study time.

Second, through the training of teachers' morality, the school organizes teachers to watch videos about the theory of teachers' morality, and through a series of activities such as study notes and network communication, edifies people with the deeds of role models and moral models around them, and educates people with the lessons that school teachers destroy people.

The third is to go out, please come in. This semester, our school went to Wuhan, Shiyan and Brother Schools for more than 10, with more than 50 teachers, and invited experts from Beijing, the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee and the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee for three intensive trainings, so as to update teachers' concepts, improve their knowledge, improve their theories, and truly apply what they have learned and achieve something.

Looking back on this semester's work, we think that although the work of the Academic Affairs Office has made some achievements, we are also soberly aware that there is still a certain gap with the development and requirements of the school:
