Legal analysis: The materials to be prepared for the legal hearing are as follows:

1, the complaint, signed by the plaintiff, with copies submitted according to the number of opponents;

2. Qualification certificates of both parties. Natural persons shall provide the original and photocopy of their ID cards. The legal person shall provide a copy of the business license, unit code certificate and identity certificate of the legal representative;

3. Prosecution evidence materials;

4. Power of attorney;

5. Proof of prosecution expenses.

Legal basis: Article 138 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the court investigation shall be conducted in the following order:

(a) Statements of the parties;

(2) Inform witnesses of their rights and obligations, witness to testify, and read out the testimony of witnesses who did not appear in court;

(three) to produce documentary evidence, material evidence, audio-visual materials and electronic data;

(4) Reading out the appraisal opinions;

(5) Reading the record of the inquest.
