Wang Xizhi is one of the famous calligraphers in my country. His calligraphy works have very high artistic characteristics and style, and have a great influence on Chinese calligraphy. Nowadays, Wang Xizhi’s classic calligraphy works are copied and studied by many people. Below is a picture appreciation of Wang Xizhi’s classic calligraphy works that I compiled. Appreciation of Wang Xizhi's beautiful calligraphy pictures
Wang Xizhi (303-361), Han nationality, named Yishao, named Danzhai, was more than seven feet long (1.83 meters), and was originally from Langya Linyi (now part of Shandong) , later moved to Shanyin (today's Shaoxing, Zhejiang), and became a general of the Youjun Army. He was also an internal historian of Kuaiji. He was a great calligrapher in the Eastern Jin Dynasty and was respected as the "Sage of Calligraphy" by future generations. His son Wang Xianzhi was also good at calligraphy, and people called them the "Two Kings". Another son, Wang Ningzhi, was promoted to General Zuo. Because he served as General of the Right Army, he was known as "Wang Youjun" and "Wang Kuaiji". Representative works include: "Le Yi Lun" in regular script, "Huang Ting Jing", "Seventeen Tie" in cursive script, "Auntie Tie" in running script, "Kuai Xue Shi Qing Tie", "Sang Luan Tie", "Preface to the Lanting Collection" in running script, etc. He studied the body movements carefully, imitated the calligraphy with his heart, picked up the strengths of many people, and cultivated them in one furnace, creating a running script that is "natural in nature and rich in spirit", and is praised as the "Sage of Calligraphy" by future generations. Among them, the "Preface to the Lanting Collection" written by Wang Xizhi is admired by calligraphers and is called "the best running script in the world". Wang Xizhi had profound attainments in real calligraphy, cursive calligraphy and Xingzhi calligraphy. Liu Duo, a modern man, once praised Wang Xizhi's calligraphy: "The only good calligraphy is Zhi (zhi, that is, Wang Xizhi)".
Appreciation of Wang Xizhi’s excellent calligraphy works
Wang Xizhi’s representative works include: "Huang Ting Jing" in regular script , "Le Yi Lun", "Seventeen Tie" in cursive script, "Chu Yue Tie" in cursive script, "Auntie Tie", "Kuai Xue Shi Qing Tie", "Sang Luan Tie", "Lanting Collection Preface", etc. Among them, part of the "Preface to the Lanting Collection" (20 pictures) is admired by calligraphers of all ages and is known as "the best running script in the world". Wang was also good at Li, Cao, Kai, Xing and other styles. He studied the styles carefully, imitated them with his heart and hands, picked up the strengths of others, prepared all kinds of styles, and cultivated them in one furnace. He broke away from the writing style of Han and Wei Dynasties and became his own style with far-reaching influence. His calligraphy is gentle and natural, his writing style is euphemistic and implicit, and he is beautiful and vigorous. People often use Cao Zhi's "Luo Shen Fu": "as graceful as a startling giant, as graceful as a swimming dragon, with glorious autumn chrysanthemums, and luxuriant spring pines." It seems like the moon is covered by light clouds, and the fluttering snow is like the flowing wind. ?One sentence to praise the beauty of Wang Xizhi’s calligraphy. Legend has it that Wang Xizhi practiced calligraphy so hard when he was young that over time, the water in the pond used to clean his brushes turned into ink. Later generations commented: "Floating like wandering clouds, powerful like a frightening dragon", "Dragon leaping over the Tianmen, tiger lying in the Phoenix Pavilion", "Natural nature, abundant gods overshadowing the generations". Idioms about him include: penetrating into wood three-thirds, east bed quick son-in-law? The most obvious feature of Wang Xizhi's calligraphy style is his delicate brushwork and changeable structure. Wang Xizhi's calligraphy has influenced generations of calligraphers. Ouyang Xun, Yu Shinan, Zhu Suiliang, Xue Ji, Heyan Zhenqing, and Liu Gongquan in the Tang Dynasty, Yang Ningshi in the Five Dynasties, Su Shi, Huang Tingjian, Mi Fu, and Cai Xiang in the Song Dynasty, Zhao Mengfu in the Yuan Dynasty, and Dong Qichang in the Ming Dynasty. These famous calligraphers in the past dynasties were sincerely convinced by Wang Xizhi. , highly respected, so he enjoys the reputation of "Sage of Calligraphy".
The allusion of Wang Xizhi exposing his belly to the east bed
When he was twenty years old, there was a Taiwei Xi Jian sent people to Wang Dao's house to choose a son-in-law. At that time, people paid attention to family status and the right family. Director Wang's son and nephew heard that Taiwei's family was coming to propose marriage, so they all dressed up in disguise, hoping to be selected. Only Wang Xizhi seemed to have heard nothing. He was lying on the bamboo couch in the east, eating sesame cakes with one hand and drawing on his clothes with the other. After the visitor returned, he reported what he saw to Taiwei Xi. When he knew that there was a calm Wang Xizhi leaning on the east couch, he couldn't help but clapped his hands and exclaimed: This is exactly the son-in-law I want! So Xi Jian married his daughter Xi Junjun to Wang Xizhi. This story became the two allusions of "Dong Bed" and "Ling Tan".
