After the parties sign the traffic accident responsibility confirmation, they may apply to the traffic management department for review if they have any objection to the identification of accident responsibility.

Provisions on procedures for handling road traffic accidents
Twenty-fourth traffic police apply summary procedures to deal with road traffic accidents, and after fixing the evidence at the scene, they should order the parties to evacuate the scene and resume traffic. Those who refuse to leave the scene will be forced to leave. If the parties are unable to move the vehicle in time, which affects traffic and traffic safety, the traffic police shall move the vehicle to a place that does not hinder traffic. Where there are provisions in Items 1 and 2 of Paragraph 1 of Article 13, it shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of Article 104 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.
After leaving the scene, the traffic police shall identify and record the time, place, weather, name, driver's license number or ID number, contact information, motor vehicle type and license plate number, insurance company, insurance certificate number, road traffic accident form and collision location. Identify road traffic accidents according to fixed on-site evidence, and determine the responsibilities of the parties according to Article 60 of these Provisions, and identify road traffic accidents on the spot. Do not have the conditions to make on the spot, the traffic police shall make a road traffic accident identification within three days.
The confirmation of road traffic accidents shall be signed by the parties concerned and delivered on the spot. If the parties refuse to sign for it, the traffic police shall indicate the situation on the road traffic accident certificate.
Article 71 If a party has any objection to the road traffic accident identification or the issuance of the road traffic accident identification, it may submit a written application for review within three days from the date of service of the road traffic accident identification or the road traffic accident identification. If a party files an application for review within the time limit, it will not be accepted, and the applicant will be notified in writing.
The application for re-examination shall specify the request for re-examination and its reasons and main evidence. The review of the same accident is limited to one time.
