Employment permit refers to a kind of certification document of China citizens in their daily production, life and business activities, which is generally used for job title evaluation, qualification examination, proof of work income, etc. It needs to be issued by the work unit and stamped with the fresh seal of the unit.

According to the provisions of the Notice of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security on Matters Related to the Establishment of Labor Relations, if an employer employs a worker without concluding a written labor contract, a labor relationship will be established under any of the following circumstances:
