1. First, prepare your own signature map, scan or take photos, and cut it accordingly.

2. Adobe Acrobat software needs to be installed to add the signature to the converted document.

3. Open Adobe Acrobat software, annotate-Annotation Tool-Stamp-Create a custom stamp. Browse and find your own signature picture according to the prompts.

4. Open the PDF document that needs to be signed, click the seal option in the above figure, and there will be a newly created signature and seal. Put it in the right place and drag the size.

5. You can also insert the signed picture into word directly, and then convert the PDF again.
