If both parties have signed a mediation agreement or mediation record at the court session, then the court will generally issue a formal mediation book within one week, which will take effect on the day you sign it, without the need for both parties to sign and seal the mediation book. It is a legal document sealed by the court and effective according to law, which can be used as the basis for implementation and cannot be appealed.

The conciliation statement shall be sealed by the court, signed by the judge and signed by the parties.
