Chapter I Dormitory Allocation Management
Article 1 The property management of student dormitories belongs to the management of service companies, which is the direct department of student dormitory management and service.

Students who move in and transfer rooms without the consent of the property management department will be dealt with according to relevant regulations.
article 3 when new students enter the school, the student affairs office and the property management department will arrange accommodation in a unified way. when handling accommodation, each person will hand in a one-inch photo and fill in the accommodation form, and the property management department will establish the student accommodation file.
article 4 if the student dormitory needs to be adjusted, the property management department will agree to arrange it. the furniture, telephone, water heater and other supporting items in the original dormitory are not allowed to be moved. the property management department will send management personnel to check and accept the furniture, doors, windows and other equipment in the original dormitory. if it is lost or artificially damaged, it will be handled according to relevant regulations. Re-check and fill in the accommodation form after the dormitory is adjusted.
chapter ii management of furniture and equipment
article 5 the furniture, doors, windows and other equipment of the dormitory shall be filled in by each dormitory as required, and then signed by both the property management department and the dormitory staff. The use and management of furniture and equipment in this dormitory are the responsibility of the dormitory staff. In case of natural damage, the college is responsible for maintenance or replacement; If there is any loss, compensate according to the price; In case of man-made damage, in addition to compensation according to the price, disciplinary action will be given.
Article 6 The furniture, doors, windows and other related equipment in the dormitory are not allowed to be dismantled without authorization, and offenders should repair the original materials within a time limit, otherwise they will be punished as vandalism.
article 7 if the furniture, doors and windows and other related equipment in the dormitory are damaged due to improper use and management, and the parties concerned fail to admit their mistakes voluntarily, and the dormitory members cover up each other, if the violator cannot be found out clearly, all the staff in the dormitory will bear the economic compensation and give the same disciplinary action.
article 8 students who need to move furniture and equipment in the dormitory during their internship must ask the dormitory management department for instructions and go through the relevant formalities. After returning from the internship, the original should be returned, and it is not allowed to be replaced without authorization, otherwise it will be compensated according to the original. When graduates go through the formalities of leaving school, if furniture, doors, windows and related equipment are artificially damaged or lost, they should pay compensation according to the price and pay it within a time limit.
chapter iii discipline and safety management
article 9 each student dormitory has a student dormitory management duty room, which is equipped with dormitory management personnel to be responsible for the normal safety, discipline and hygiene management of the dormitory.
article 1 students and outsiders who are not in our college are not allowed to enter the student dormitory. Students entering the dormitory building need to wear badges to get in and out. Teachers and school staff should consciously show their entry and exit documents and explain the visit before entering the dormitory.

The locking time of the dormitory door is: 8: 1 am from Monday to Friday; 14: 2 pm; 18: 5 in the evening; It closes at 22: p.m. Anyone who goes back to the dormitory after closing time will be registered in the duty room and will be treated as late. Those who climb walls, iron gates or stay out at night will be punished according to relevant regulations.

Playing poker, playing chess, playing the tape recorder, playing the piano, beating iron drums, washbasins, tableware, cups, etc. are not allowed in the dormitory area, and offenders will be confiscated and given disciplinary action. If it is really necessary to turn on the tape recorder for study, students must wear headphones without affecting the rest of other students.
Article 15 In the dormitory area, it is strictly forbidden to store toxic and flammable materials, set off firecrackers and fireworks, and conduct various marketing activities in the dormitory.
Article 16 It is forbidden to play mahjong, gamble and drink alcohol in the dormitory, and it is forbidden to make noise and throw things downstairs.
Article 17 Volleyball, basketball, football, etc. are not allowed to be played in the dormitory area. Violators shall confiscate their equipment, pay compensation according to the price for financial damage, and be given disciplinary action.
article 18 after the arrangement of the new dormitory, the dormitory keys will be uniformly configured by the dormitory management department, and each person will have one, and the key collection procedures will be handled. Students whose houses have been adjusted by the property management department must return the original dormitory keys on time, and then go through the formalities of collecting new dormitory keys; Graduates can only go through the formalities of leaving school when they return their keys. The key of this dormitory is not allowed to be lent to others. If the key is lost, you must report it to the management and pay the corresponding key allocation fee. You are not allowed to allocate the key without authorization. Anyone who finds that someone who is not in the dormitory holds the key of the dormitory will be investigated for the responsibility of the person who lost the key.
Article 19 Students must cooperate with dormitory management personnel to do a good job in dormitory safety prevention, and report the potential safety hazards in the dormitory to the management personnel in time. Take good care of your valuables and cash, and don't leave them everywhere. When you leave the dormitory, you should close the doors and windows and lock the doors to prevent things from being stolen.
Chapter IV Hydropower Management
Article 2 Consciously abide by the relevant provisions on safe use of electricity, prohibit illegal use of electricity, and put an end to unauthorized wiring. Any signs of broken wiring or line movement in the dormitory will be dealt with in violation of regulations.
Article 21 It is forbidden to use high-power electrical appliances such as electric stoves, electric cups, heating rods, hair dryers, plugs, etc. in the dormitory, and it is forbidden to cook rice and vegetables in the dormitory. Offenders shall confiscate their appliances and deal with them according to the relevant regulations of the school.
Article 22 Save water and electricity and put an end to waste. After leaving the dormitory, check whether all water and electricity are turned off. Those who open long running water or destroy water supply and power supply facilities will be dealt with severely according to relevant regulations.
Article 23 If the water and electricity equipment (including light bulbs and lamps) in the dormitory is damaged, it must be reported to the property service center for repair in time, and it is not allowed to repair and handle it without authorization.
Chapter V Hygiene Management
Article 24 The public hygiene (including stairs and walkways) in the student dormitory area shall be cleaned by full-time cleaning personnel, and the hygiene in the dormitory (including doors and windows) shall be the responsibility of each dormitory. The garbage in the dormitory is sent by each dormitory in turn to the designated trash can. It is strictly forbidden to dump garbage on stairs and corridors and place it in designated places.
Article 25 It is forbidden to throw garbage, sundries, water and leftover food out of the window, and you must take the initiative to dump them into the designated trash can.
article 26 in order to keep the dormitory clean and beautiful, it is forbidden to post all kinds of advertisements in the dormitory area, not to post pictures of stars at the entrance of the dormitory and the dormitory, not to scribble the walls and keep the walls clean.
article 27 littering in bathrooms and toilets is not allowed. If the sewage pipe is blocked due to littering, the dredging expenses shall be borne by the relevant responsible person or all the staff in the dormitory.

article 28 students (including those who live in the city) who require accommodation outside the school due to special circumstances must be approved by the relevant departments of the department and go through relevant certificates and procedures.
Article 29 Each dormitory shall elect a matron, who shall be responsible for the management of discipline, safety, hygiene, goods placement and rotation system of the dormitory.
Article 3 Any student who violates the dormitory management system must cooperate with the relevant school duty officers and dormitory management personnel to do a good job in disciplinary registration. Anyone who practices fraud or interferes with or hinders the staff from performing their duties will be dealt with severely according to relevant regulations.
article 31 these provisions shall be implemented as of the date of issuance. in case of any conflict between the previous relevant provisions and these provisions, these provisions shall prevail.
