6 original invitation letter in English or Icelandic sent by Icelandic business partner to the applicant. The invitation letter needs to include a) company letterhead paper b) company address c) company's telephone number, e-mail address and website d) signature. The invitation letter must specify the travel date, stay time and purpose of the invitation, including the itinerary.

7 the original dispatch letter issued by the Chinese company (with English translation). The dispatch letter must include a) the applicant's name, b) address, c) telephone number, d) position, e) the date, purpose and stay time of this business visit. The dispatch letter must be signed and sealed by the company's management. Original is required.

8 stamped copy of the company's business license (or stamped copy of the organization code certificate)

9 Letter of certification issued by the employer (in English, or in Chinese with English translation) should be signed with the official company letterhead and official seal, and the date and the following information should be specified: address, telephone number and fax number of the company where you work; Certificate of leave, the name and position of the signatory; Name, position, income and working years of the applicant

1 Proof of financial ability to pay during the stay in Iceland. Bank statements for the last 3 to 6 months do not need proof of deposit. 1. If the travel and living expenses are paid by the company, proof of the solvency of the applicant (or employer) company is required; 2. If the travel and living expenses are paid by me, I need to provide proof of my solvency.

11 photocopy of the identity page of the applicant's passport (if there is any extension, the extension page should also be photocopied)

Please ask the customer service for the Chinese version of the visa application information form. And fill in the

proof of accommodation (including hotel name, telephone number, fax number and length of stay in each hotel) (which can be provided by our company)

travel plan and schedule

(which must be in Icelandic or English). Including the date and place of stay in Iceland and other Schengen countries (hotel name, telephone number, fax number and length of stay) (which can be provided by our company)

Bank statement

Proof of solvency of the applicant during his stay in Iceland: my bank statement for the last 3 to 6 months (must be a debit card), without proof of deposit, and the bank statement must reflect personal income.

Note: this bank guarantee certificate is only applicable to the applicant and his immediate family members

on-the-job personnel

1. A copy of the business license of the company must be stamped with the official seal (English translation is not required)

2. A letter of on-the-job certification issued by the company or company (indicating the address, telephone number and fax number of the company, signed and sealed by the person in charge of the company, and indicating the name and position of the person in charge). The applicant's position, income, leave permission and confirmation of working relationship after returning to China must be stated.

If the applicant has retired, the original and photocopy of retirement certificate must be provided (English translation is not required).

Unemployed adults:

Married: proof of spouse's employment and income+notarial certificate of marriage relationship (certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

If single/divorced/widowed: Other. :

- Affinity certificate must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (original and one copy, and the contents of the certificate must be translated into English)

- Father's (or mother's) bank statement (last 3 to 6 months)

- Student ID card and proof of study (proof of study must be translated into English, and the proof of study must contain the following information: complete school address, telephone and fax number and approver's.

When a minor travels alone or with a single parent:

- (When a minor travels alone) The notarization of the travel consent letter issued by both parents or legal guardians must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (the notarized travel consent letter must be translated into English)

- (When a minor travels with a single parent or guardian)? Notarization of the travel consent letter issued by the other parent or guardian of a different bank must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (notarized travel consent letter needs to be translated into English)

When the guardian is not in China, the certificate should be issued by the current country of residence.

For the divorce of both parents:

Please provide the original divorce certificate about the custody of the child

Proof of family relationship

Copies of all pages in the household registration book (the original must be presented English translation is not required)

Copy of marriage certificate (if married)
