It is an important window and platform for external publicity in our province. The total number of new media users in Taiwan is 65.438+89 billion, including 80 million downloads from static and dynamic clients, 40 million downloads from clients concerned by the people, and 8 million IPTV home users in Guizhou, covering more than half of the province's population.
Over the years, adhering to the concept of "mainstream media responsibility, spreading China's values", it has actively undertaken the tasks of news propaganda, guiding management, program production, integrated communication and safe broadcasting, forming a pattern of radio and television, big screen and small screen, online and offline communication, actively singing the good voice of Guizhou, transmitting positive energy for development, and effectively guiding public opinion.
According to the spirit of the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Institutions (Order No.6 of the former Ministry of Personnel) and the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of New Personnel in Institutions of Guizhou Province (No.4 [2006] of Guizhou Province), this open recruitment plan is formulated in combination with the actual situation.

Four. Recruitment procedure
(1) Announcement
In official website (/www.gzstv.com), the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guizhou Province, public recruitment announcements were issued on dynamic and static clients.
The announcement time is from March 3, 2023 to March 2, 2023.
(2) Registration
The applicant must carefully read this plan, the applicant's letter of commitment in good faith (Annex 2) and the notice items in the online registration system, promise to know the notice items, and strictly abide by the relevant requirements, and register in good faith, take the test in good faith and perform the contract in good faith.
Registration is conducted online, and there is no on-site registration point.
Applicants register by logging in to the "Guizhou Open Recruitment Registration Service Platform" (site/JfaUVb).
Online registration is conducted according to the following procedures:
1. Submit a registration application.
From 09:00 on March 22, 2023 to March 24, 2023 17:00, applicants logged into the "Guizhou Open Recruitment Registration Service Platform" (site/JfaUVb) to submit their application and upload their recent standard bareheaded front color photos (jpg format, 30KB or more and 300KB or less). Precautions for registration:
(1) Each applicant can only apply for one position.
The account number registered by the applicant is an important basis for the applicant to inquire about the test results, confirm the online payment, print the admission ticket online and other matters. Please ensure that the account information filled in when registering is accurate and properly kept.
(2) If the ratio of the number of applicants for a single position (referring to the number of people who finally register and pay fees) to the number of people who plan to recruit for this position is less than 3: 1, the recruitment plan for this position will be reduced or cancelled, and the post qualification conditions will remain unchanged.

Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination may not apply for other positions.
During the registration period (before March 24, 2023 17:00), those who fail the preliminary qualification examination can change their posts or modify their registration information and resubmit their registration.
Those who fail in the preliminary qualification examination after the registration time (after March 24th, 2023 17:00) can modify their information and submit their application before March 25th, 2023 12:00, but they are not allowed to change their posts.
If the examination fails after March 25th, 2023 12:00 and before March 25th, 2023 17:00, the applicant shall not modify any registration information, which is regarded as a failure in registration.
The preliminary examination of online registration qualification only examines the registration information submitted by the applicant online, and does not examine the authenticity of the information submitted by the applicant.
3. Online registration confirmation and payment
Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination must log on to the "Guizhou Open Recruitment Registration Service Platform" (site/JfaUVb) before March 26th 17:00 for online registration confirmation, and pay the registration fee of 100 yuan.
Those who fail to confirm and pay the fee on time are deemed to have given up automatically.
4. Print the admission ticket online
Applicants who have successfully paid the fees should log on to the "Guizhou Open Recruitment Registration Service Platform" (site/JfaUVb) from 09:00 on April 12 to April 13/7: 00 in 2023 and keep it properly.
(3) Examination
The examination is organized and implemented by Guizhou Radio and Television Station.
1. written test
The written test is conducted in the form of a closed book, with a full score of 150, and 40% will be included in the total score after being converted into a percentage system.
The scope of written examination includes public knowledge, professional knowledge and radio and television practice.
The written test does not specify reference books and does not entrust any training institutions for training.
Written test time: 09:00- 15+0 1:30 on April 2023.
Location of written test: Guiyang area. See the admission ticket for specific test sites and examination rooms.
Matters needing attention in written test:
(1) Applicants must hold their original valid ID card and the written test admission ticket at the same time, and strictly abide by the test regulations in the written test admission ticket before entering the examination room to take the written test.
(2) Those who have not participated in the written test or have not obtained effective written test results will be disqualified from entering the next link.
(3) The written test results will be published in official website (/www.gzstv.com) of Guizhou Radio and Television Station and the dynamic and static clients.
If the qualification review fails or fails to participate in the qualification review as required, the re-examination qualification will be cancelled, and the vacant positions will be filled according to the written test scores from high to low.
Special note: qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. In any stage of the recruitment process, if the candidates are found to be in violation of discipline, the materials are not standardized, fraudulent or do not meet the requirements of the recruitment position, they will be disqualified from entering the next stage immediately, and those who meet the requirements of the Regulations on Handling Disciplinary Actions in Open Recruitment of Public Institutions will be dealt with according to the regulations and recorded in the untrustworthy list of Guizhou Radio and Television Station. 3. Re-examination
Those who pass the qualification review are determined to participate in the second interview.

4. Total score calculation
The total score is 40% according to the written test score (converted into a percentage system), the interview score is 30%, and the actual operation score is 30% (the score is rounded to two decimal places).
