Applicants need to download and print the "Personal Commitment Letter" from the online application interface, sign it, scan or take a photo, and upload it according to the program requirements. The "Personal Commitment Letter" uploaded after the applicant's signature can be viewed in full when previewing the "Teacher Qualification Certification Application Form" after successful registration.
