Donations will be made according to the following process: 1. Check the identity of blood donors. In the first step of participating in voluntary blood donation, the staff of the blood collection and supply organization will first verify the identity of the blood donor, and the staff will ask the blood donor to produce valid identity documents, including resident ID card, resident social security card, driver's license, military (police) official card, soldier's card, Hong Kong and Macao pass, Taiwanese card, foreign citizen's passport, etc. Mainly verify the age of blood donors and other related information. 2. Register the identity information of blood donors. This process mainly requires blood donors to fill in personal identity information on the registration form of blood donation physical examination as required, and establish information files for blood donors. 3, ask and query the past blood donation history. If it is the first time to donate blood, tell the staff; If you have ever participated in voluntary blood donation, please show your blood donation card or explain to the staff the time, place and type of your last blood donation. Informed consent.
