4. Personnel roster and employee personal files

5. Pre-employee physical examination and labor bureau registration records

6. Labor contract

7. Agency workers Agreement (if applicable)

8. Foreign employees (if applicable) Permits and government approvals

9. Collective bargaining agreement (if applicable)

10. Social insurance receipts, lists and social insurance certificates

11. Industrial and commercial business licenses

12. Fire inspection reports or certificates of compliance

13. Fire drill records, First aid drill/emergency evacuation plan

14. Factory regulations or employee handbook, including the following aspects: Recruitment policies, disciplines and disciplinary procedures

15. Government documents related to local minimum wage regulations/Government Notice of labor law (if applicable)

16. Special equipment certification certificates such as elevators and boilers

17. Special workers’ employment certificates (such as: elevator, boiler, and electrician’s employment certificates) , boiler license, etc.)

18. Kitchen hygiene license

19. Kitchen worker hygiene license

20. Factory floor plan

21. Special approvals from the local government, such as extension of overtime approval, comprehensive calculation of working hours system

22. Health and safety plan and training records

23. Work injury accident records and work injury records, etc.

24. Environmental protection certificate (if applicable)

25. Other documents, based on the actual situation of the factory located in a specific area
