Please download the software version of the corresponding mobile phone from the emui website in advance. Let's take P7 Unicom as an example to find the version (the third picture shows the latest versions of EMUI3.0 and EMUI2.3):

Use the downloaded software version and put it into the SD card directory for mandatory upgrade.

Please follow the steps below for details:

① Prepare an SD card with a capacity of more than 2G to ensure that the available space is larger than the size of the upgrade package.

② Create a "dload" folder in the root directory of SD card (note: please create a "dload" folder in the root directory of memory card for telecom edition) and "update" the downloaded software upgrade package. APP "to the dload folder;

③ Insert the charger, press and hold the volume up and down keys, and press and hold the power button 10 seconds or more to start the mobile phone. The mobile phone will enter the SD card for mandatory upgrade. If the battery is exhausted and the low battery cannot be started (the low battery icon is displayed), please charge it before upgrading to ensure that the mobile phone can be started. Please insert the charger during the upgrade, otherwise the upgrade will fail due to insufficient battery.

④ The mobile phone will be upgraded automatically after entering the upgrade, and the upgrade time is about 5 minutes. If the upgrade fails, you can try again.
