Securities mobile phones are not allowed to log in to customer WeChat. According to Article 40 of the Securities Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), employees of securities trading places, securities companies and securities registration and settlement institutions are prohibited from logging in to customer WeChat to participate in stock trading. During the term of office or within the statutory time limit, you may not hold, buy or sell stocks or other securities with equity nature directly or in the name of another person. Therefore, securities practitioners are not allowed to log in to customer WeChat on their mobile phones.
