II. Conditions for selection and transfer
(1) The selected personnel must meet the basic conditions stipulated in the Civil Servant Law of the People's Republic of China and meet the following specific requirements:

3. Selection methods and procedures
(1) Registration
1. Registration time: from the date of announcement to 17:30 on May 24. The registration time is subject to the email delivery time.

3. Application Materials
(1) "Registration Form for Civil Servant Selection by Foshan Municipal Party Committee Policy Research Office" (signed and scanned) (see attachment 1);
(2) Scanned copies of my valid ID card, academic certificate, degree certificate, household registration booklet, copies of current rank documents and the "Annual Assessment Registration Form" since I started working, and a recent small-inch electronic photo with a red background without a hat ;
(3) Electronic version of "Roster of Selected Civil Servants of Foshan Municipal Party Committee Policy Research Office" (Attachment 2);
(4) Representative articles written by myself 2-3 written materials.
Applicants must be responsible for the authenticity and completeness of the content they fill out. Anyone who commits fraud will be disqualified upon verification.
(2) Preliminary review of qualifications
After receiving the materials, our unit will select the candidates who want to participate in the written examination based on the comprehensive consideration of the selection conditions, job requirements and job matching, and notify them by phone. Qualified applicants who have not received notification will be deemed to have failed to advance to the next step. Registration materials will not be returned and personal information will be kept confidential. If the number of applicants does not reach the 1:5 ratio of the number of selected candidates, our unit will decide whether to cancel the exam.
(3) Exam
The exam consists of two parts: a written test and an interview (both locations are in Chancheng District, Foshan City).
1. Written test. The written test consists of one subject, and the content is a comprehensive writing ability test. The full score is 100 points, and the passing mark is 60 points. Those who fail to pass will not be interviewed. During the written examination, applicants must provide their original ID cards and work permits.
2. Interview. Qualification review prior to interview. Provide the following materials within 3 working days after receiving the phone call for qualification review (exceeding the time will be deemed as giving up the selection): an official letter from your unit agreeing to apply and stamped with the official seal of the unit; a printout or copy of the online search for academic degree certification page. Personnel who meet the selection requirements and job requirements will be notified by phone to participate in interviews. The number of interview candidates is determined in a 1:5 ratio to the number of selected candidates based on their written test scores from high to low (if the specified ratio is not reached, our unit will decide whether to reduce the ratio or cancel the selection). Those who do not attend the interview within the specified time will be deemed to have given up automatically.
The full score of the interview is 100 points, and the passing mark is 60 points. Those who fail to pass the interview cannot be included in the physical examination. Interview results will be announced on the Foshan Municipal People's Government website.
(4) Physical examination
According to the order of interview scores from high to low, the candidates for physical examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of candidates. The physical examination standards refer to the physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment. Those who fail the physical examination will not be transferred. If there are vacancies due to failure in the physical examination or candidates' abstention, our unit will decide whether to fill them one by one. The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the individual subject. The time and location of the physical examination will be notified later.
(5) Organize inspections
Identify those who have passed the physical examination as inspection objects. Our unit sends a cadre inspection team to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth inspection of the political performance, morality, ability, diligence, performance, integrity, etc. of the inspection targets, and review the personnel files of the inspection targets. If the candidate fails the examination or the candidate gives up the selection, our unit will decide whether to fill in the candidates one by one.
(6) Public announcement and transfer
Based on the physical examination and inspection, the candidates to be transferred will be determined. It will be published on the Foshan Municipal People's Government website for 5 working days. If there is no response after public announcement or the problem reported is untrue, the transfer procedures for civil servants shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations; if candidates give up the selection during the public announcement period or find that there are circumstances that affect the transfer and cause the position to be vacant, our unit will decide whether to fill the position in sequence.
IV. Other Matters
(1) During the selection process, if an applicant is found to have committed fraud or other acts, his or her qualifications for selection will be cancelled.
(2) Applicants must keep mobile phones and other communication methods open.
(3) The positions selected for this transfer are civil servants below the fourth-level chief section officer. If the transferred personnel are currently first-level section officers or fourth-level chief section officers, they will be transferred according to their current ranks; the current rank is higher than the fourth-level chief section officer. If you are a senior section chief or a current leadership position, you must voluntarily give up your original position and be transferred to the selected position.
