1. Activity background

2. Purpose of the activity
The activity is based on the purpose of the teachers and students of the school to "save resources and achieve maximum enjoyment; donate love and retain the fragrance of books", and is delivered in the form of book recycling Love, spread knowledge, build a harmonious campus, and create a scholarly atmosphere for the alma mater.
3. Activity theme

7. Types of donated books: classics, novels, prose collections, etc. , complete donations are welcome; all kinds of books other than textbooks, teaching aids and newspapers and magazines, that is, reference books, dictionaries, dictionaries, etc.; popular science, such as "One Hundred Thousand Whys", "Encyclopedia", etc.; stories Categories, such as historical stories, celebrity stories, idiom stories, etc.; tourism categories, such as travel notes, geography, etc. If it is a book series, "package" donations are welcome.
8. Number of books donated: On a voluntary basis, there is no limit to the number.
9. Activity process and requirements:
(1) Activity startup phase
1. On March 21, a class teacher meeting will be held to learn and launch the activity plan , issuing "Love Book Donation Cards".
2. The school produces event banners: two banners, one for signatures of book donation participants and the other for publicity. Post event proposals to create an atmosphere of book donation.
3. The head teacher of each class mobilized the class, read out the proposal, distributed "Love Book Donation Cards", notified students to donate their books as required, and filled out and pasted the "Love Book Donation Card" ".
4. Book donation volunteers fill in their class, name, book donation date, book donation wish and other information on the "Love Book Donation Card" distributed by the school. They can also write some mottos about reading. .
5. Take the class as a unit, collect and bundle the books donated by the class, and label them with class labels and book numbers.
(2) Activity stage
1. At 10:00 a.m. on March 23, 2018, the routing teams of each class gathered in the school playground to hold a book donation ceremony.
2. At the donation ceremony, the teachers of each class assigned some student representatives to assist the teachers in their work and participate in the book donation activities.
3. After the event begins, on-site staff will make donation records in a timely manner.
4. The staff invited students who donated books to sign the banner as a souvenir.
(3) Ending stage of the activity
1. After the activity, the school will have banners signed by each class donating books to be displayed on campus.
2. Based on the book donation records, the school publishes a list and announces the number of books donated by each class (including the school website).
