Generally speaking, the entrustment of unconditional payment has been printed on the check in advance, such as "please pay the above money from my account" In this case, the drawer does not need to write other words with the same meaning on the check;
3. the determined amount. According to the provisions of the Negotiable Instruments Law, when a cheque records a certain amount, it should be recorded in Chinese capital and figures at the same time, and both must be consistent. If the two are inconsistent, or the bill amount has changed, the bill is invalid. The amount of the check issued by the drawer shall not exceed the actual deposit amount at the payer at the time of payment, otherwise it will be a blank check; The payer refuses to pay;
4. Name of payer. The name of the payer refers to the name of the bank or other financial institution that accepts the entrustment and unconditionally pays a certain amount to the payee or the holder;
5. Date of issue. It means that the date when the drawer issues the check must be recorded on the check. According to the provisions of the bill law, the date of issue cannot be changed, and the changed bill is invalid. If the date of issue specified in the bill changes, the drawee or the drawee's agent shall pay the bill in accordance with the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Trial of Bills Disputes; The payer or the agent payer shall bear the responsibility;
6. Signature of the drawer. According to the Measures for the Implementation of Bill Management and the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Trial of Bill Dispute Cases, if the drawer is a unit, it should be a special financial seal or official seal consistent with the signature reserved by the unit in the bank, and stamped with the signature or seal of the legal representative or its authorized agent; When the drawer is an individual, it shall be signed or sealed according to the signature reserved by the individual in the bank. If the drawer seals the cheque instead of the bank's seal, the drawer shall also bear the bill liability.
Purpose of inspection:
1. Cheques can be withdrawn in cash or transferred. When used for transfer, it should be indicated on the front of the check;
2. If the cheque is specially used for withdrawing cash, a cash cheque can be made separately, and the cash cheque can only be used for withdrawing cash;
3. If the cheque is specially used for transfer, you can make a transfer cheque separately. Transfer cheque can only be used for transfer, and cash cannot be withdrawn.

Checks must contain the following items:
(a) The word "inspection";

(4) the name of the payer;
(5) Date of issue;
(6) Signature and seal of the drawer.
If one of the items specified in the preceding paragraph is not recorded on the cheque, the cheque is invalid.
