3. Cylinders (except water-type fire extinguishers) that pass the water pressure test shall be dried. Approved by the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Public Security on March 1, 1995 and implemented on December 1, 1995, GA 95-1995.

If the water pressure test is unqualified, it is not allowed to be repaired and used by welding.
