2, recent (within six months) bareheaded small two-inch color passport photos in triplicate; Smooth paper, the photo size is 48mmX33mm, the head width is 15mm-22mm, the head length is 28mm-33mm, and the background is white;

3. The original and photocopy of the child's birth certificate;

4. Original children's foreign passports and foreign passports with photo information pages;

5. Original and photocopy of People's Republic of China (PRC) Children's Travel Permit and People's Republic of China (PRC) Entry and Exit Pass (page with photo information and exit inspection stamp for the last exit);

6. The original and photocopy of the passport or other materials that can prove the nationality and identity held by both parents when the child is born (including pages with photos and foreign visas);

7. Both parents now hold passports (including photo pages and visa pages);

8. A written statement issued by both parents that the child has no foreign nationality and agrees to apply for a travel permit for the child.

Second, matters needing attention:

1. Children and their parents must go to China People's Certificate Office to apply and interview in person. If one parent can't come, he must provide a written statement signed by him and notarized by a Chinese notary office that the spouse will handle the travel permit for the child;

2. Single-parent children only need to provide the relevant materials of one parent, but one parent needs to issue a written statement that the other parent cannot be found and the child does not have foreign nationality, and at the same time provide the divorce certificate, the original and photocopy of the divorce judgment or the unmarried statement.
