For beginners, it is indeed easy to use this software according to the prompts or wizards, but for some users who want to understand it in depth and use it efficiently, the wizards and online help seem a bit powerless. 1. How to use OE to create an email signature?

First open the OE main operation window, click the "New Mail" button in the toolbar with the mouse to open the "New Mail" editing window. Enter the signature content in the body of the letter, including mailing address, postal code, telephone number, mobile phone, call machine, OICQ number and other contact information.

After completing the input, click the "File" menu item in the menu bar with the mouse, select the "Save As" command from the pop-up drop-down menu, and select the file you want from the pop-up file selection dialog box. Where to save, set the save type to "HTML file", enter a file name such as "signature", and then click the "Save" button. If you want to use sound and image files in your signature, such as *.wav, *.midi and seal images, you can edit the signature.htm file.

Then select "Tools"/"Options" in the main email operation window, click the "Signature" tab in the pop-up options dialog box, and then click the "New" button under the tab , "Signature #1" will appear in the "Signature" list, click the "Set as Default" button to set it as the default value, then click "Advanced" and select it in the "Advanced Signature Settings" dialog box that opens. To use the check box in front of the signature account, select the "File" radio button in the "Edit Signature" item column, and through the subsequent "Browse" button, select the "signature.htm" just saved as the signature file.

Continue to click the "New" button under the "Signature" tab and add "Signature #2". At this time, select the text file "signature.txt" just saved as the signature file, and select "In Add signature to all outgoing emails" check box, click the "Apply" button, and then click "OK."

When you open the email editing window again, you will see that the prepared signature will be automatically inserted into the new email, and you can hear beautiful music. If you use text format to send emails, just set the text signature file as the default. 2. Automatically sort incoming emails and automatically reply

3. Back up your emails

Although IE's Outlook Express can export emails. Unfortunately, you can only import one letter at a time. If you have a few letters, that’s fine. If you have more letters, you need to use the following method. Specific steps: (1) Open Outlook Express and enter the mailbox you want to back up, such as the inbox. ; (2) Select the emails to be backed up. 4. Save your emails separately

In Outlook Express, you can easily save emails. Click "File" → "Save As" in the window to view emails, and then give your email. In the future, you don't even need to open Outlook Express, you can just double-click the xxx.eml to read it directly with the Outlook Express email viewer. You can also send this email file as an attachment. However, you should pay attention to one thing: the so-called email file is actually a combination of an ordinary HTML file and the header of the email. , which also includes graphics. 5. Quickly open the contact properties window

What should you do if you are in the window reading emails and want to open the contact properties window to further set up the address book? Woolen cloth? 6. Let your name be fully displayed in "Contacts"
