If you insert a U shield when paying, but you can't select a certificate or the system can't detect a certificate, it means that the U shield is not connected to the computer. Pull out the U shield and plug it in again (it is recommended to plug the USB interface into the motherboard instead of using the front interface). If the indicator light on the key is always on, it means that the connection is good and you can operate it again. If it still doesn't work, please follow the following steps:
(1) Reinstall the U shield driver of the corresponding brand.
(2) Check whether the system is fully patched. If not, please use the update function of WINDOWS to upgrade.
(3) If the system is 2000 or XP, select "Services" under "Administrative Tools" in the control panel to check whether the smart card is enabled. If not, please enable it.
