Apply for a business license; When going to the industrial and commercial department where the new address is located, you need to bring the same information as that provided by the new enterprise. You can get the Notice of Enterprise Registration File Transfer and the Notice of Relocation and Change Registration with complete information. With the notification letter of enterprise registration file transfer, go to the original industrial and commercial registration department to go through the formalities of industrial and commercial data transfer (the data will be mailed by the industrial and commercial departments of the two places), and the industrial and commercial department of the former site will issue the Notice of Permission to Move Out to the enterprise after accepting the notification letter of enterprise registration file transfer. After going through the formalities, the industrial and commercial department waiting for the new address will call the enterprise after receiving the industrial and commercial information of the enterprise, bring the Notice of Approval for Enterprise Moving out to the new industrial and commercial department to handle the specific address change (fill in the change registration form and appoint a power of attorney), and bring the Notice of Registration for Change of Relocation to the licensing window for a new Business License seven days after completing the formalities. 2. Apply for organization code certificate; Cancel the old Organization Code Certificate at the old address of Technical Supervision Bureau, and submit the Certificate of Cancellation of Organization Code Certificate. The Technical Supervision Bureau will issue a receipt from 30 yuan, and get a new organization code certificate with 30 yuan's receipt three working days later. 3. Deal with local taxes; A copy of the new business license, statistics of tax payment in recent three years (by year and tax category) and other relevant materials stamped with the official seal. After completing the above procedures, wait for the notice of the special administrator. After receiving the notice, bring all the accounts of the enterprise in the past three years for the special administrator to check, and then wait for the verification results after the check is completed.
