How does outlook set the signature?
The following is a quick and effective setting method:

Create a new email, set the signature content, usually start with a greeting, such as greetings!

Then write down your name, company name, company logo, address, telephone number and website. If you send an email to a foreigner or show your style, you can spell it in English or Chinese and English. After the content is set, typeset and realize your own effect. If a company is ready by itself, you can copy its content and change it into your own information.

To copy the content, click File-Options-Mail-Signature.

Click New-Enter any name and select the default signature column on the left. When forwarding a new email or reply, check the signature you just entered, so that whether it is a new email or a forwarding or reply, the signature will be automatically added. It is best to edit the signature column-right click-paste.

4. Create a new email or click Forward to try a new signature. The advantage of this setting is convenient typesetting, especially in the case of picture signature.
