Taking into account the actual demands of some students and taking into account various safety factors, our center has decided to try mailing graduation certificates, files and other certificates to students who need them. The relevant information is as follows:

1. Students fill out the “Disclaimer for Mailing Graduation Certificates and Archives, Degree Certificates, and Degree English Certificates” (see attachment, hereinafter referred to as the “Statement”), and scan the electronic version of the statement and send it to Xing in the QQ learning group Teacher 0311-85998935. Name the file with "statement + name".

2. In the statement, the personal ID card picture needs to be pasted in the designated location (to ensure the security of identity information, it is recommended that the ID card picture be added with a watermark of "for mailing of graduation certificate only").

3. After the center receives the statement and confirms that all information is correct. Students are notified to place orders online through EMS and pay the freight collect. Please do not place an order before the center notifies you of placing the order.

4. Requirements for placing an EMS order:

(1) The recipient’s name and phone number must be consistent with the information in the academic affairs platform.

(2) When placing an order, please note "the recipient will sign for receipt with his/her ID card".

(3) Please fill in "Graduation Certificate and Archives", "Degree Certificate" and "Degree English Certificate" when mailing items

(4) Mailing range: 202003 batch (inclusive) Previous graduation certificates, degree certificates of previous graduates in the 202001 and 202003 batches (inclusive).

(5) Due to the epidemic, teachers at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications Online Academy have started working from home again. The graduation certificates for the 202007 batch have not yet been produced, so please wait patiently.
