Rugao City has introduced a plan for the elimination and scrapping of "non-national standard" motorized three- and four-wheeled vehicles, through funds Subsidy guidance encourages relevant car owners to promptly eliminate Rugao-registered "non-national standard" motorized three- and four-wheel vehicles.

Rugao-registered "non-national standard" motorized three- and four-wheel vehicles refer to vehicles whose owners' registered residence is in Rugao and who can provide a vehicle purchase certificate in our city or a certificate of actual ownership and use of the vehicle issued by the village neighborhood committee. The village person in charge, the person in charge, and the applicant shall sign and stamp the official seal. The application shall be confirmed by the local police station or traffic police squadron, and shall be signed by the responsible person and stamped by the unit. According to the plan, the subsidy funds will be borne by the municipal finance and will be distributed to everyone’s bank account. The subsidy will end at the end of July.

Subsidy standard: For "non-national standard" motorized three- and four-wheeled vehicles that actively apply for scrapping on schedule, have complete basic equipment and can be used normally, the standard is 600 yuan/vehicle for tricycles and 1,000 yuan/vehicle for four-wheeled vehicles. They will be repurchased and handed over by the town to qualified scrapping and dismantling enterprises for unified disposal. After centralized disposal by the public security department, the residual value will be turned over to the municipal finance.
