The guardian must carry a hot ticket.

Legal basis: Article 2 of the Regulations on Safety Management of Hot Work. When hot work involves entering a confined space, using electricity temporarily, working at heights, etc., the corresponding work permit shall be handled.

Article 3 Hazard identification of hot work: 1. Before hot work, hazard identification should be carried out according to the work content, and corresponding operation procedures and safety measures should be formulated; 2. Fill in the safety measures in the hot work permit.

Article 4 Fireworks and firecrackers refer to the following operations: 1, various welding operations such as gas welding, electric welding, lead welding, tin welding and plastic welding, and various metal cutting operations such as gas cutting, plasma cutting machine, grinder and grinder; 2, the use of blowtorch, liquefied gas furnace, stove, electric stove and other open flame operations; 3. Burning (roasting, simmering) pipes, boiling asphalt, blasting sand, hammering (beating) objects, sandblasting and other operations that generate sparks; 4. The production device and the tank farm are connected with temporary power supply, and non-explosion-proof electrical equipment and power tools are used; 5, the use of detonators, explosives and other blasting operations.

Article 6 Procedures for handling "Hot Work Permit": 1, handling of special "Hot Work Permit". For special hot work, the safety technicians in the train room should fill in the "Hot Work Permit" and organize hot work test and analysis; Train room leaders (deputy directors or above) shall organize safety technicians, heads of production units (section chiefs and squad leaders) and persons in charge of fire operation in construction, implement fire prevention safety measures, identify hidden dangers, report them to the factory production department and safety supervision and management department for examination and approval, and use fire only after being issued by the leaders in charge of production safety in the factory. Super hot work shall be reported to the Safety & Environment Department of the Company for filing; 2. Handle with the Hot Work Permit. For the first-class hot work, the safety technicians in the train room should fill in the "Hot Work Permit" and arrange the hot work test and analysis; With the leadership of the train room (deputy director or above), organize the safety technical personnel, the person in charge of the production unit (foreman, monitor) and the person in charge of the fire operation in construction, implement the fire safety measures, identify hidden dangers, report them to the production department of the factory for examination and approval, and use fire only after being issued by the safety supervision and management department of the factory; 3. Grade II and III Hot Work Permit. For Grade II and III fire operation, the safety officer in the train room shall fill in the "Permit for Fire Operation", arrange fire test and analysis, organize the person in charge of fire operation in construction, implement fire safety measures and identify hidden dangers, and use fire only after being signed by the leader (deputy director or above) in the train room. Secondary hot work must be reported to the factory safety supervision and management department for the record; 4. Treatment of fixed fire source. The establishment of a fixed fire zone shall be applied by the train room and reported to the factory safety supervision and management department in conjunction with the fire department for approval; 5. The confirmation of fire safety measures should be marked with ""before the main safety measures related to this fire use, in which 1-5 should be confirmed and signed by the safety technicians in the train room; Article 6-9 shall be confirmed and signed by the person in charge of construction hot work; Other supplementary safety measures shall be confirmed and signed by the safety technical personnel in the train room and the person in charge of fire operation in construction according to the scope of division of labor; 6. The column of "Danger Identification" shall be filled in by the safety technicians in the train room; 7. When the fire operation in construction involves other jurisdictions, the workshop leader (deputy director or above) in the jurisdiction will pass the examination and sign in the column of "Opinions of Relevant Units". Both units will implement safety measures, and each unit will send a fire guardian to examine and approve the fire according to the fire grade. 8. After the operation, the safety technicians in the train room shall organize the person in charge of the fire operation in the construction to check and accept the fire site, and sign in the column of "Completion Inspection and Acceptance" after passing the inspection.
