Notes on handling work tickets:

1. When working on production equipment and in the production area, you must comply with Huaneng Group's "Electric Safety Operating Procedures" and Huaneng Longkai Hydropower Plant's "Production Site Safety Management Standards", perform work permit and termination procedures, and achieve "four no-starts" and "five no-ends."

2. It is strictly prohibited to use verbal communication to work in the production area, and it is strictly prohibited to work without tickets.

3. The production management information system is used to handle work tickets. In special circumstances, handwritten work tickets in a fixed format can be used, but the signature must be handwritten.

4. To carry out defect treatment, daily maintenance, regular maintenance, installation or testing on electrical equipment, operators need to take power outages on the electrical equipment (power outages include primary power supply, secondary power supply and DC power supply) , electrical isolation, closing grounding switches or hanging grounding wires and other measures to ensure the safety of people and equipment, an electrical work ticket or an outsourced electrical work ticket must be filled in.

5. To carry out defect treatment, daily maintenance, regular maintenance, installation or testing on hydraulic machinery and equipment, operators need to cut off the air, water and oil sources of the machinery and implement safety isolation, To prevent rotation (movement) and other measures to ensure the safety of people and equipment operation, a hydraulic machinery work ticket or an outsourced hydraulic machinery work ticket must be filled in.

6. Any work such as defect treatment, daily maintenance, regular inspection, installation or testing on the equipment under the control of the Central Regulation does not require the operator to take safety measures, and a work ticket must be filled in.

7. When carrying out defect treatment, daily maintenance, regular maintenance, installation or testing on the equipment, the operating personnel do not need to take prescribed safety measures. When operating the excitation system, speed regulator system, For work carried out by the computer monitoring system, work tickets must be filled in for work that may lead to accidental issuance and affect the safe operation of the unit.

8. It is strictly prohibited to use verbal communication to work in the production area. Any work in the production area that does not require a work ticket must fill in the production area work contact form or the production area outsourcing work contact form.

9. When the maintenance work involves hot work, a hot work measure ticket must be attached. When relay protection and automatic control measures are involved, a relay protection and automatic control work measure ticket must be attached.

10. Special operation measures tickets must be attached when welding work involving toxic and harmful gases, oxygen-deficient environments, flammable and explosive containers, and radioactive operations.

11. The measure ticket must be attached to the work ticket, and the measure ticket cannot be processed separately.

If the equipment belongs to the same voltage, is located on the same floor, is out of power at the same time, and does not touch live conductors, it is allowed to use one work ticket for several electrical connection parts. All safety measures in the work ticket should be completed at once before starting work. 16. If the same type of work is performed on several electrical connection parts in sequence without power outage, an electrical work ticket can be issued.

17. The validity time of the electrical work ticket is limited to the approved maintenance period. If the work ticket has not been completed until the scheduled time, the person in charge of the work should handle the extension procedures. The extension procedure shall be applied by the person in charge of the work to the person in charge of the operation duty. 18.
